Delivery, Returns & Terms

 

Delivery Charges
Our standard shipping is just £2.95 per order. By selecting this option, your parcel will be sent via Royal Mail, 2nd class or via our courier and should reach your within 2-5 working days. However, we do appreciate that sometimes you need your purchases a little quicker we do have the additional option of 'Express Shipping' - £6.95 per order - in which your parcel will be sent via 1st class Royal Mail or our express courier service and you should, therefore receive your order the next working day (assuming the order is received before 12 noon) We offer FREE standard P&P on all orders over £45. Express shipping is still available on orders over £45 at a £6.95 surcharge.

If your order is placed before 12 noon Mon-Fri, we will aim to post out your order the same day. We will always email you a confirmation of your order plus an email update when your order has been dispatched.

If you are outside the UK (including the Highlands or Southern Ireland) and would like to place an order, please contact us first for a P&P quote. We'll get back to you within 24 hours with a quote. Kindly note, we will not process orders abroad if the correct postal charge has not been paid.

Local to Ipswich?

If you live in or around Ipswich, you are more than welcome to collect your goods directly from us to save on P&P charges. Simply drop us an email (sisters@pretty-chic.co.uk) or call us (07702795777 (Dominique) or 07557998651 (Amy)) and we'll sort out a mutually convenient time for you to collect your goods. 

Delivery Times for Bespoke/Personalised Items

All our handmade items are made to order and as such do take longer to reach you. Most of the time we can turnaround orders within 7 working days, however, please do allow up to 14 working days for your bespoke items. We work extremely hard to process your orders quickly and efficiently and will keep you updated via email on the status of your order.



Going Green

We want to as environmentally friendly as possible, so we recycle and reuse all our packaging. This helps keep our costs down, which we in turn pass onto you, the customer, in our great prices. And of course, this will help the environment. Brand, spanking new boxes or envelopes may appear more attractive on delivery, but will ultimately end up as rubbish. Lets face it, it's the goodies inside that count! 



Returns & Terms

As per Distance Selling Regulations, if you are not happy with your purchase, please let us know within seven days of receiving your goods by email or phone. We will issue you with a returns reference.Goods will need to be sent back in the original packaging and we recommend you use a recorded/tracked delivery method. Kindly note, the customer is responsible for all postage costs involved. Once the item has been received and checked that it is in a resalable condition, we will issue a full refund via the original payment method. Unfortunely we are unable to accept returns of personalised items or bespoke items unless they are faulty. (See below)

If you don't receive your purchases in perfect condition, please contact us within 7 days of receipt via email or phone. We will issue you with a returns reference. Goods will need to be sent back in the original packaging and we recommend you use a recorded/tracked delivery method. Once the damaged item(s) have been returned we will offer either a replacement or a full refund via the original payment method plus we will cover the cost of the return postage.

Personalised & Handmade Products - Kindly note, unless a specific colour from our colour chart (displayed with product picture) is requested at checkout, we will assume that the standard 'White' background with black lettering is preferred on wooden signs. As with all handmade items, there may be slight variations from the product picture. Local collection is not available on personalised/handmade goods. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns of any personalised or bespoke items unless they are faulty.
